All OXYD-SHOP™ products are handmade on-demand in Los Angeles (CA), Charlotte (NC), Tijuana (MX), and Europe (UK, Latvia, Spain). Where it’s made, depends on which factory is closest to you and which has the capacity to take orders at the moment you place an order.

DELIVERY CLAIMS
If you are experiencing a non-delivery or your tracking information states that your package was delivered by the carrier but you have not received it; you must contact us within 5 days to file a claim.
We will try to assist you in working with the carrier to complete the claims process whenever possible. Please note: Claims can take up to 30 days to complete (depending on the shipping carrier used).
OXY-SHOP™ does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been reported as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.
CUSTOMS DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
For all international orders outside of the USA and some US States. You may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.
Payment of these charges and taxes is your responsibility and will not be covered by OXYD-SHOP™. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country (especially Canada and Australia). For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.
SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information.
The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery.
OXYD-SHOP does not issue refunds and takes responsibility for lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. PO BOX and APO FPO addresses are to be avoided as much as possible.
